How do I submit a request to receive a signed W-9?
The request for a W-9 from the County of Orange can be e-mailed to: treasurer@ttc.ocgov.com.
How long will it take to get a signed W-9 returned to me?
Requests are usually completed within a few days.
How will I receive the signed W-9 back from the Treasurer?
We will fax the signed request to the fax number you provide. Please note, we will not e-mail the signed form for security reasons, however, upon special request we may mail it.
What information will need to be provided?
Please provide us with your name and contact information as well as the company’s name, address and fax number.
