The Revenue Recovery unit of the Treasurer-Tax Collector provides a centralized solution for billing and recovering debts owed to various Orange County agencies in an efficient and economical manner. These services are provided to benefit agencies such as Animal Care Services, Agricultural Commissioner, Health Care Agency, Public Defender and the Sheriff’s Department by providing a one stop payment solution for businesses and residents of Orange County.
Checks and money orders are accepted as payment by mail. We also accept cash in person at the Treasurer-Tax Collector’s office. Do not send cash in the mail.
We are now able to accept payments on-line! You may pay using your credit or debit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. You will be redirected to a secure website to make your payment. Please have your account number or invoice number available.

If you are unable to pay your fines or fees in full, please contact the Deputy Collection Officer listed on your invoice to discuss a monthly payment arrangement.
